I have paid for the Premium Package, but my membership has not been activated yet. Why?

  • If you make the payment using a credit card, debit card, app store, or text messages, your activation will be processed immediately and automatically. After completing the payment, you should press the "Logout" button within the application or website, and then log in again. Once you do this, you will have access to the premium features.
  • In case you make the payment through one of our local agents in your country, you should send them the payment receipt via WhatsApp and wait for them to provide you with the premium code.
