I want to cancel my Premium Package subscription and get a refund. How can I do that?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in Mawada, as stated in the registration terms that you have read and agreed to when using the website.
Please note that refunds are only possible under one condition: if you have made the payment but have not used the premium features or sent any messages from your membership.
