The available payment methods are not supported in my country. What should I do?
To subscribe to the premium package, we have implemented multiple payment methods and also included local payment options for certain countries. However, there are some countries where payment processing difficulties arise, which are beyond our control.
- We regret to inform you that we cannot accept money transfers through Western Union or any payment methods that are not listed on Mawada.
- In such cases, the only solution we can offer is to request a friend who has a credit card to make the payment on your behalf.
- Another option is to inquire in your region about Google Play or App Store cards, as you may find sellers who offer them. You can then use these cards to top up your account and proceed with the payment by clicking on the store button within the Mawada application.
