How can I change my username?

The option to change your username is available for premium members only. Unfortunately, regular members cannot modify their username. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to change your username:

On the Mawada website:

• Log in to your account using your username and password.
• In the top dropdown menu, click on "Edit My Profile."
• Click on the "Change Username" button.
• Enter your desired new username and provide your current password.
• Click on the "Edit" button.

On the Mawada app:

• Log in to your account using your username and password.
• Swipe the screen to the left to reveal a menu on the right.
• Tap on "My Account," then select "Edit Profile."
• Next to the username field, tap on the "Edit" link.
• Enter your desired new username and provide your current password.
• Tap on the "Edit" button.

Note: Please be aware that changing your username is a one-time option and can only be done once.
