Why was my report not responded ?

When a complaint is received by the administration, they verify the information provided by the accused individual and also examine their correspondences. If there are violations of the terms of use or a lack of seriousness towards marriage, the person may be banned. Otherwise, the complaint is disregarded.

We do not ban any member on Mawada without clear evidence.

For instance, if a girl communicates with a guy outside of Mawada and he sends violations through WhatsApp, and then she complains about him through Mawada, we cannot find evidence to support a ban.

For this reason, we encourage members to exclusively communicate through Mawada.
