How do I access and read incoming messages?

To access and read your messages, please follow these steps:

• Log in to the website or app using your username and password.
• If you are using the website on your computer, you will find a link labeled "Inbox" in the right-hand menu.
• If you are using the mobile app, you will find the "Messages" tab at the bottom of the screen.
• Click or tap on it to access all your messages.
• You will see a list of your messages. Select the specific message you wish to read.
• The entire conversation with the sender will be displayed, allowing you to read the message in its entirety.
