What should I do if I forget my login information?

If you have provided your email address during registration, you can follow these steps to retrieve your login information:

• Visit the login page.
• Click on the "Forgot username or password" link.
• Enter the same email address you used during registration.
• Click on the "Recover my account" button.
• Within a maximum of 10 minutes, you will receive an email containing your login details.

If you have purchased a premium code from your country's representative, please follow these steps:

• Open the Mawada app (if you don't have it, you can download it from here ).
• Go to the login page.
• Click on the "Forgot username or password" link.
• Choose the option "ByMawada Card".
• Enter your card number and click on the "Recover my account" button.
